Thompson's Point Design Review Committee

The Thompson's Point Design Review Committee acts as an advisory committee to the Development Review Board when construction requiring Conditional Use Approval is proposed in the Shoreland Seasonal Home Management District (the Thompson's Point neighborhood).  It is the Design Review Committee's duty to ensure that new construction harmonizes with the unique historic and physical character of Thompson's Point.  Authority for this process appears in Table 2.7.G of the Charlotte Land Use Regulations.
