Development Review Board (DRB)

Members of the Charlotte Development Review Board (DRB) are appointed by the Selectboard to consider all projects requiring the following permits under the town's Land Use Regulations: Boundary Adjustments, Conditional Use review, Subdivision approval, Site Plan review, Variances, amendments to previously approved projects, as well as appeals of the Zoning Administrator's determinations.

The Development Review Board meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m., and for special meetings as needed. Please refer to our Meeting Calendar for a current schedule of upcoming DRB meetings. Recent audio recordings of DRB meetings are accessed on the left sidebar, archived recordings are available upon request.
