Development Review Board (DRB)

Members of the Charlotte Development Review Board (DRB) are appointed by the Selectboard to consider all projects requiring the following permits under the town's Land Use Regulations: Boundary Adjustments, Conditional Use review, Subdivision approval, Site Plan review, Variances, amendments to previously approved projects, as well as appeals of the Zoning Administrator's determinations. (DRB Rules of Procedure as adopted December 1, 2022)

The Development Review Board meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m., and for special meetings as needed. Please refer to our Meeting Calendar for a current schedule of upcoming DRB meetings. Meeting minutes and audio recordings of past meetings are available from our Dropbox account. (Please note: for best results, download the audio file to your device from Dropbox. The online version cuts out after the first hour of recording.)
