Completed permit applications, with required sketch/site plans and a check for permit fees payable to the Town of Charlotte, can be dropped off at the Planning & Zoning window Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., or mailed to our office. Please allow up to a week for response to determine if your application is complete.

A pre-application meeting with staff is required for all applications that require review by the Development Review Board.  These include proposed subdivisions of land, site plan reviews for commercial projects, conditional use reviews, boundary adjustments, variances, and appeals of Zoning Administrator decisions, including granted permits.
